Job Purpose
Lead our meeting room / membership program / virtual office business.

Grow sales, profitability, and market share for IWG by running our portfolio of services and bringing to market innovative products that meet the needs of existing and new customers.


Key Responsibilities

  • Be part of a team that set ups and runs our product management group to ensure IWG remains the dominant player in the market by growing revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Lead on the endtoend delivery of the product proposition. This includes working with key internal stakeholders to ensure a flawless execution
  • Formulate and deliver go to market plans with clear targets and milestones.
  • Define and improve the customer experience and retention.
  • Evaluate external market opportunities and customer feedback to inform improvements to existing products and new product innovation.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking ownership for the performance of your products

Required Skills, Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Masters degree from a top University.
  • International experience
  • Strong track record of delivering tangible results.
  • Wants to own a P&L and has driven significant improvements to both sales and profitability.
  • Digital transformation experience.
  • Entrepreneurial and a selfstarter.
  • Decisive and collaborative, experience of influencing across the matrix.
  • Structured but pragmatic.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
