Key Responsibilities
Prepare pre-audit work for departmental regulatory compliance audits from records held on various Savills systems and ensure results are collated for the team's Auditors (training will be given on Savills systems).
Send out pre-audit work to Teams and Offices in advance of the audit date. Answer queries as required and keep good records.
In due course you'll accompany the team's Auditors to Savills offices as required and assist with ISO Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety audits, and departmental regulatory compliance audits.
Follow up audit findings to ensure satisfactory resolution within agreed timescales.
In addition to the tasks above, the job holder may be required to carry out other duties as may reasonably be required from time to time.

The team is made up of 4 Lead Auditors, 2 Auditors, and an administrator who work with various Savills Divisions providing internal ISO and compliance audits, and supporting the Savills (UK) Ltd ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001 certifications.
