Role - Accounts Assistant

Location - Birmingham City Centre

Term - Permanent

Salary kpa

Office Based Role

Overview

Role Responsibilities will include

  • Purchase ledger and sales ledger invoicing for multiple companies within the group structure
  • General bookkeeping
  • Credit control
  • Supporting with the monthend accounting where required
  • BACS payments
  • Supplier statements
  • Matching and coding VAT returns
  • General office administration support
  • Experience of working in a similar allround Accounts Assistant role (ideally for a multisite business)
  • Sage50 experience beneficial
  • Available to start a new role within 46 weeks
  • Currently studying AAT would be ideal.
