Job description:
Digital Waffle has partnered with a trusted UK comparison service, connecting individuals moving house with professionals in the industry.
This company is now looking for a Partner Support Executive to help them build and secure long-term relationships with businesses.
Key Responsibilities of a Partner Support Executive:
- Handling consumer and partner complaints.
- Receive and conduct inbound and outbound calls to storage, conveyance, and surveying partners.
- Manage their customer accounts via their inhouse CRM.
- Process orders and payments.
The Ideal Background:
- At least 2 years experience sales/support experience, dealing with b2b customers.
- Confident dealing with high volume phone calls and upselling the company
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
