Hours: 8.30 am to 5 pm on Mondays to Friday
Salary:
£40,000 - £50,000
Role:
Reporting to the Marketing Director, working closely with the rest of the Marketing department, for a global business of over 2000 people.
This role requires you to take ownership of external communications, including responsibility for the full Group'ssocial media channels and the content within the company's customer-facing platforms.
It's a brand-new role within the business as they enter an exciting growth phase Based out of the new Manchester office in the City Centre, the role is hybrid and flexible,suiting your lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and nurture
- Managing CRM
- Own the External Communication Strategy
- Working closely with partnerships
- Taking ownership of all existing Social Media Channels
- Increase brand awareness, engagement, and followers
- Both B2B and B2C
- Developing a monthly social media calendar
- Liaising with the external creative agency teams
Skills/Experience Required:
- Marketing degree preferred (not essential)
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in a Social Media role, across multiple channels
- Calendar building and Scheduling experience
- Excellent Content Writing skills
- Ability to come up with Campaign ideas
- Expert knowledge of Socials and their algorithms
- Lead generation and nurture
- Strong copywriting skills
- Creative
- CRM experience
- Ability to take initiative
- Selfmotivated
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
