Warners is one of Edinburgh and the Lothians' leading solicitors estate agents, providing a full range estate agency, conveyancing and private client services.

An opportunity has become available for an experienced Property Sales Negotiator in our fast-growing estate agency team.

The role will involve:

Ensuring that clients and applicants are treated in a friendly professional manner;
Qualifying potential buyers and arranging viewings;
Following up viewings to obtain feedback from buyers and updating selling clients;
Handling closing dates and negotiating offers;
Establishing and maintaining relationships with newbuild developers and corporate clients;
Promoting Warners' services to potential clients;
Generating leads for affiliate services.

The successful applicant will:

Deliver firstrate customer service;
Be wellorganised and attentive to detail;
Have a high standard of oral and written communication;
Be IT literate and familiar with MS Office software;
Work well in a fastpaced environment;
Demonstrate an understanding of relevant sections of the Law Society of Scotland.

Previous experience of property sales negotiation is essential, and a background in customer services and sales is beneficial.

Salary:
£25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
