We are looking for a new member of the team to lead the digital transformation of the Academy, including the adoption of digital culture, practices, processes, and technologies to enable the Academy to work at greater scale, increased operational effectiveness and creating greater impact than ever before.

Along with leading on digital, this will include leading, developing and managing the IT and Impact functions of the Academy.



The role


As the Associate Director, Digital you will be at the centre of the academy in this newly created, highly influential, and visible leadership role, you will have a clear remit to shape and influence across the Academy.


With your background in digital transformation, you will relish the opportunity to lead change in a growing and ambitious organisation.

This role will drive innovation and business transformation with a focus on digital leadership and enabling greater charitable impact.


Understanding how to set clear direction, identify and focus on the right priorities, and lead your team and the wider organisation through successful change will be crucial for the Academy to achieve its goals.


Creativity and the ability to connect operational and strategic elements with a desire to move from ideation to successful execution and impact will be key to this role.

You will be curious and have a leadership style that fosters innovation and brings people with you. Strong project and stakeholder management will be key in enabling sustainable growth of the Academy.


This is an important visible role, and you will be an active member of the Academy Senior Leadership Team providing guidance, business partnering and strategy for the Academy as a whole.

Location


Our light, spacious offices are based in a fantastic location in central London with views over St James's Park and close to the West End.

We operate hybrid, flexible working practices with a baseline 2 days a week in the office.


How to apply/Interview process

  • Leadership and management experience and qualities, evidenced in a variety of organisational contexts.
  • Experience in leading impactful, evidencebased change and transformation programmes.
  • Stakeholder management skills, and experience of leading partnerships and building senior relationships with diverse stakeholders.
