Accounts Assistant | London |£24,000 - £28,000 | Theatre Clients
AJ Chambers is working with a London-based accountancy practice who have a fantastic opportunity on the table


This great opportunity would suit an individual with bookkeeping experience, who wishes to move into a role where they can gain exposure and training in accounts preparation.


Role:


  • Assist in preparing production accounts
  • Input and process invoices
  • Assist Seniors with analysis and preparatory work
  • Work towards preparing sole trader, partnership, and corporate accounts
  • Reconcile bank accounts and petty cash receipts, journal entries, basic management accounts, comparing actual spend to budget and investigating variances.
  • Assist with straightforward analysis and preparatory work for Seniors
  • Communicate with clients to progress jobs to be completed
  • Assist with the induction and training of members of the team
  • Experience in Bookkeeping or Accounts production
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in Accountancy Practice
  • Interest in working with theatre clients
  • Study support on offer for ACCA / AAT
