The Company

Our client is a major engineering group and is heavily investing in the creation of a centre of excellence in the manufacture of polymers and composites on a major manufacturing site in Gloucester.

The business is well established with nearly 100 years of history and has many specialised manufacturing capabilities housed on this one site.

The Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the business as they rapidly expand the site in Gloucester and move towards a 24/5 operation.

To act as the day-to-day contact for several ongoing projects to ensure successful programme delivery. You will be involved in proactively monitoring the whole process to agreed KPIs leading to the resolution of risks. At all times managing the communications with stakeholders and report progress of the Engineering at defined intervals.

The Profile

Experienced in Sales/Inventory/Operations planning with an engineering background.
Experience of in outlining and achieving engineering deliverables
Experience working across various corporate functions
Experience of process improvement
Degree qualified or equivalent experience preferred

The Remuneration
doe exc basic, 26 days holiday,+ exc benefits
