Description
Resi is currently hiring for a Social Video Producer to join our team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to help take the social media presence of ~100 strong technology-focused architectural company to the next level, and help us revolutionise how people extend and renovate their homes.

As Social Video Producer, you will be responsible for communicating effectively with our audience via creative, modern and inspiring video content, building the Resi brand on social channels and helping us to stand out from our competitors.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Work collaboratively with the Head of Growth, the Partnerships Manager and Content Manager to create a video strategy that will support the Marketing team's key objectives
  • Capture video footage from client properties, as well as during events, from Resi team experts and partners and / or other filming locations that you select
  • Edit, produce and manage video assets from concept stages through to delivery for use on social media, YouTube and on the Resi website
  • Produce different styles of video (interviews, home tours, case studies, talking head compilations and more)
  • Manage multiple briefs in order to respect deadlines and ensure progress is communicated accurately to teams
  • Pitch your creative ideas to the rest of the team at weekly meetings to get feedback and develop your video strategy
  • Monitor video performance using key metrics and use the information to optimise your strategy to better engage with the Resi target audience
  • Bonus: If you have motion graphics / animation skills, then you will also work with the product team to develop animations for the website and product

About You:

We'd love to speak to you if you have...

  • Experience of creating and editing engaging videos for social media
  • A strong understanding of the intelligent use of lighting & object framing
  • An understanding of the different nuances between digital platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Stories etc)
  • An appreciation for creative that works well on social networks to engage and stimulate audience interest
  • Strong editorial judgement skills
  • Knowledge of the Adobe Design Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud software
  • Strong video editing skills (using software such as Premiere Pro, After Effects)
  • Bonus: Motion graphics and animation skills, with a good eye for design
  • An ability to manage deadlines in a dynamic, fastmoving work environment
  • A keen eye for detail and accuracy, and a passion for creativity
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive, collaborative mindset
