This opportunity is offering flexible and hybrid home working plus 30 days holiday, exclusive of Bank Holidays. It is a permanent Project Officer post joining an established supportive team within a leading not for profit body.

As Project Officer the main focus of your time will be meeting with various teams across the organisation to understand their User requirements of various digital systems (websites, CMS, digital platforms and digital products) that the organisation uses, always with the external customer at the forefront of your mind.

You will lead user requirements gathering across existing digital platforms and as part of their Digital Transformation project.

You will effectively translate stakeholders needs into standardised user stories for internal and external technical teams, including effort, estimates and acceptance criteria.

Design and implement standardised processes and documentation for user requirements gathering and for the use in end-to-end software development and digital lifecycles.

Use a range of coaching and facilitative styles to run workshops and interactive sessions to understand business requirements in relation to digital products and services.

The key requirements to be considered for the Project Officer opportunity:

Any exposure to supporting on any data, website, CMS, digital platforms or product projects
Be able to talk about examples of sitting down with teams across an organisation to gather user understanding
Experience of developing user stories for technical teams, including estimates and acceptance criteria
Experience of working on usercentred digital design and development projects
Experience of supporting and training internal and external stakeholders in the use of digital platforms
