The Role:

CAVU is
MAG's 100% owned global distribution company, and the 'go-to' organization for delivering market-leading commercial solutions that transform customer experiences and drive revenue within airports.

Our focus is on a growing inventory of products and services, including Parking Distribution, Airport Lounges and Car Parking Services.

The business plan is to scale rapidly across existing territories and into new ones and new markets.

It is critical that our financial processes are fit for purposes for that growth profile, including scalability and effective and operational controls.

Reporting directly into the UK based CFO of CAVU, the Finance Transformation Change Lead will knit together the financial and compliance needs of CAVU, requirements for increased automation and tech / system capabilities to drive through standardization and automation of current financial processes across our key functions, and ensure new processes land effectively with clear processes and roles and responsibilities, as well as ensuring new solutions satisfy core business deliverables and our control environment.

The need for both a string understanding of financial requirements / compliance needs / how each of our current (and varied) financial processed work and the way that tech solutions could be deployed to drive improvement is extremely complex, and will require the postholder to be comfortable working across financial reporting / transactional finance / compliance / process and systems solutions.

In addition, as we transition across our various reservations platforms to one new and enhanced platform, the postholder will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of outcomes that ensure continuation of current deliverables and ensure the projected benefits are realized.

Finally, as part of our growth trajectory, CAVU will onboard multiple acquisitions in the short to medium term, and the post holder will ensure a suite of processes that have clear methodologies for onboarding newly acquired businesses.

The postholder will need to be comfortable influencing at all levels of the business, from senior stakeholders in terms of overall solutions architecture, to the various finance teams, and the tech and product teams within CAVU.

To be successful in this role, you will have a high energy/ can-do attitude and demonstrate that you are an enthusiastic 'self-starter' and team player.

You must be comfortable working with multiple systems across different countries and using strong financial knowledge to drive through a high level of automation agenda at every step.

You must be able to deliver on time and to the highest standard, and able to convert complex information into clear messages and actions for stakeholders, and hold them accountable for delivery.

The CAVU business has evolved, with the expansion and integration of new businesses into the company. This has resulted in CAVU currently operating 9 different reservation platforms, and developed bespoke financial working practices for each.
