Description

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will report to the Head of the Customer Service Department, assisting with administration tasks and customer service duties.

You will need to develop a sound knowledge of the NACD product range, how the products operate and overall installation and maintenance methods.

You'll be taking customer calls, logging faults, and briefing the service engineers, scheduling the appropriate service and repair visits.

You'll keep in touch with the customers throughout the process to ensure that their issues are dealt with in a timely and satisfactory way.

As a Customer Service Administrator with NACD, your responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Administration tasks including invoicing and data entry
  • Speaking with customers to clarify the issues
  • Completing workload in a timely manner
  • Scheduling engineer appointments
Desired Skills and Experience

  • Scheduling engineers / resource allocation
  • Database use and general computer literacy
  • Confident phone manner with the ability to ask questions to gain information you need
  • Commercial awareness and the desire to ensure customer satisfaction
  • High degree of organisation
  • Energetic, positive and a proactive approach
  • Access Control/ Door Entry System or similar technical knowledge would be highly advantageous but not required

£25,000.00 per year
