As a Customer Interaction Assistant, you will be highly organised and able to think on your feet.


You'll be confident in providing knowledge and insights to support decision making, and will be a great multitasker; remaining calm under pressure and delivering work on time, in budget, and to a high standard.

You'll manage the accurate flow of information in and out of the department in an efficient and discreet way.


Importantly, you'll be a strong communicator who can nurture great relationships and act as the 'go to' person for Customer Interaction teams and the wider Business.

As the Broadcast Marketing Assistant, you will play a key role in promoting our brand and products through Aldi's advertising.


In this exciting role, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and the wider marketing team to plan and execute TV and Out Of Home (OOH) campaigns that capture the attention of the nation.

You will have the opportunity to use your creative skills to develop highly engaging and industry leading advertising executions, as well as using your media and analytical skills to plan, measure and optimise performance.

Your New Role:

- experience working in a Broadcast advertising role (TV & OOH) within either client or agency

  • An understanding of the media landscape including buying, scheduling and measurement
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and agency management skills
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, not afraid to challenge and ask questions
  • Excellent presentation and reporting skills

About You:


  • Overall management of the Aldi UK TV and OOH advertising calendar
  • Analysing audience, business, and competitor data to make recommendations on media plans
  • Working with the creative agency to brief and develop innovative creative
  • Understanding customer needs and competitor behaviour by analysing brand activity, watching the market and making recommendations on creative developments
  • Agency management to produce TV and OOH creative on time and to a high caliber
  • Agency management to produce effective and efficient media plans, within budget
  • Strong understanding of the media reporting and KPIs, including how to continually develop and improve KPIs based on business objectives
  • Monthly reporting and analysis creating insight that drives change
  • Management of a highcadence advertising calendar
  • Experience in driving and reporting on KPIs
  • Broadcast advertising
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of the broadcast media landscape
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills. Must be detail orientated, deadline driven and able to multitask.

  • Salary starting £36,080 rising to £40,13
  • Permanent
  • Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm, with the opportunity of 2 days a week remote working
