But don't worry, this hasn't come at the expense of retianing it's non-corporate, family feel.

In this newly created role for a Financial Controller, you'll be heading up their accounts function.

Managing a team of 5, you'll be overseeing the accounts preparation and transactional processing, ensuring controls are in place so you can have confidence in the numbers when presenting to the board.

You'll also spent a large proportion of your time business partnering with the wider business to embed more efficient processes and procedures and increase profitability.

No prior manufacturing experience is required for this position, just a good understanding of leading small finance teams in either owner managed or family run businesses.
