If you are an enthusiastic and forward-thinking Nurse (RMN), we are looking for you to join the Mental Health Triage and Assessment Team, based in Hull and East Riding of Yorkshire.
We are seeking the right individual who can strive to deliver high-quality clinical interventions, and wants to further advance the way we provide care to some of the most vulnerable people in society.
Our Mental Health Triage and Assessment Team has recently moved into the planned care division and with this change we have improved our clinical pathways and brought closer integration between the assessment team and our community mental health services.
Alongside the ongoing work of the community mental health transformation, this makes it an exciting time to join the team as the Clinical Lead.
