Description
To be responsible for the order to cash process for specific customer accounts. Provide support to Customers, Sales teams and other members of the team through sales order processing and delivery.

Description

  • Process orders for UK based customer accounts
  • Provide customers with daily/weekly updates on enquiries, deliveries, stock issues etc.
  • Maintaining an accurate client database
  • Ensure all deliveries are on time
  • Communicate any customer delivery issues with supervisor
  • Following up complex customer enquiries to confirm resolution
  • Ensuring effective handover to team members to support your client base

Profile

  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Programs and SAP)
  • Numerate
  • Detail conscious
  • Strong administration skills
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Strong selfmotivation and demonstrate proactivity
  • A teamplayer

  • 3 years' experience in Customer Service
