IT Service Desk Team Leader - Permanent - Hybrid - £45,0000
We have an exciting opportunity for a Service Desk Team Leader to join a global organisation.

Leading a team of circa 6 Service Desk Analyst's, you will be responsible for managing the teams workflow as well supporting with tickets.


This will be a hybrid role however for the first few months you will be needed onsite whilst you get up to speed.


What you will be doing:


  • Lead, motivate & inspire a team of 1st & 2nd line Service Desk Analysts
  • Ensure that tickets are assigned in a timely manner to the most appropriate analyst, and managed through to satisfactory resolution within the SLA's
  • Be an escalation point to the Analysts for when an analyst can no longer progress a ticket and then escalating further when needed
  • Have responsibility for the procurement of devices such as mobile devices, laptops etc
  • Provide VIP support and support with asset management

What they are looking for:


  • Previous experience managing 1st or 2nd line Service Desk Analysts
  • Experience working with AD, 0365, Windows 10 & other key technologies
  • Experience working with ITIL processes and ideally has worked with ServiceNow or another ITSM tool
  • Excellent stakeholder & communication skills

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
Up to £45,000.00 per year
