We're looking for enthusiastic and committed Room Leaders across London.

Full time (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities:


  • Supervise and lead a team of nursery staff members
  • Create a safe and nurturing environment for children in the nursery
  • Plan and implement ageappropriate activities and curriculum
  • Monitor and assess the development and progress of each child
  • Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's daily activities and progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's attendance, incidents, and achievements
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Provide guidance and support to nursery staff members
  • Collaborate with other room leaders and management to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:


  • Relevant qualification in early childhood education or a related field
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of child development principles and best practices
  • Ability to create engaging and stimulating learning environments for children
  • Understanding of health, safety, and hygiene standards in a childcare setting
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with children

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£26,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
