We are looking for a dynamic self-motivated individual to work for a rapidly growing firm based in Manchester City Centre who specialise in a Consumer Credit Law firm.

We provide advice on all aspects of consumer finance including; mortgages, secured loans, unsecured credit agreements and insurance products.


Role and Responsibilities:

To provide first-class customer care for all clients.

Making outbound calls to existing clients, and taking inbound hotkeys from our external network of introducers.

Completing legal questionnaires with each client to determine if the customer meets the criteria.

Advising on the legal services and solutions that are available.

Account Management of customers; ensuring all necessary paperwork and information is completed and returned.

A background in Customer Care and Financial Services is preferred, Debt Management, IVA and PPI would be advantageous.

Knowledge and Understanding of Microsoft Office Products (Word / Excel) and ideally PC literate

Experience using CRM software and awareness of a dialler environment would be preferred however training will be provided.

Proactive, friendly organised and focused

Excellent punctuality and time management

Able to demonstrate resilience in a demanding, fast-paced and targeted environment

Excellent Communication Skills with the ability to empathise and build rapport

Willingness to learn in a continual improvement environment

Monday to Friday, The centre is open between 9am and 7:30pm so some evening shifts will need to be covered in exchange for shorter days on other days.


Salary:
£18,000.00-£20,000.00 per year
plus Bonus Scheme
