Working pattern - Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, Hybrid working


About the role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer to join our Customer Hub team on a 12-month Fixed-Term contract. We offer a salary of £24,609 based on a 35-hour contract working 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. This is a hybrid role working in the office with the option of working part time at home.


General Purpose of the role:

We are looking for a Customer Service Officer who is passionate about making a difference, who can take ownership in order to help our customers.

It can be a fast-paced environment, and sometimes involves difficult conversations with customers and advocating on their behalf.

Customer Service Officers at Arcon are able to assist our customers in all housing matters such as raising and chasing repairs, handling rent and benefit enquires, taking reports of anti-social behaviour, and works collaboratively across the entire organisation acting as an advocate for the customer needs.


Skills required for the role:


  • To work effectively within a small customer service team
  • Have excellent communication skills with the ability to provide our customers with a personalised customer service.
  • Be attentive, patient and understanding to all our customers.
  • Be able to manage your time effectively, use initiative and multitask to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
