£50,980 per annum plus Veolia benefits
Hours: 12 hour shifts on a rotating shift rota including days and nights
Location:
Newhaven ERF, BN9 0AB

What you'll be doing:
- Assist the Shift Team Leader in the operation of plant and equipment as required
- Carry out routine plant inspections and adjustments and collect / record plant data
- Work with the company's Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Management System and all relevant legislation
- Ensure safe and efficient operation of all activities on site including highpressure boiler and generated
What we're looking for:
- Understanding of current environmental and health and safety issues would be advantageous
- Experience gained through working in a continuous process environment preferably with experience of working shifts
- Ability to operate, or train to operate a variety of mobile equipment and fixed plant
- Appropriate NVQ for the duties of the post
- IT Literate
