To assist in the provision of a development accounting and management accounting service to ForHousing and its subsidiaries, by working closely with the Financial Controller and the Development teams in the business.

Creating a real and active partnershipwith both operations and management.

The role is to provide real time and dynamic support and analysis, to be a trusted business and financial advisor to add value which will assist with decision making.

Including preparation, monitoring and review of financial results and forecasts ensuringProject ledger is accurately maintained.
