Food and Fresh Produce/Engineering Vacancy**Key Responsibilities**- Perform care and maintenance of all operational equipment whilst adhering to safe working practices and responding to issues in a timely manner.

• Perform Fault Diagnosis and Repair a wide variety of Electrical and Mechanical Systems such as Invertor Drives, PLC's, PSU's, Conveyors, Multihead weighers, check weighers, flow wrappers, overwrapping machines, gas flush machines and other associated systems
• Responsible for breakdown repairs and adherence to the Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
• Aid in current and future projects including introduction of Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing techniques.
• Flexibility will be required for shifts; 6.00 am pm , 14.00 pm pm and pm + a possibly of being on call out covering the night shift

• Engineering experience within a Food or Automotive fast paced facility capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritise accordingly.
• Strong knowledge of electrical distribution and control systems, fully conversant reading all engineering drawings both electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Hold recognised engineering qualifications to HNC standard.
• Previous experience programming and faultfinding on PLC's, Invertor Drive Controls, HMI's and other logic systems.
• Ideally IEE qualified to 17/18th edition wiring Regulations
• Ideally MEWP Trained, FLT Trained, IOSH/NEBOSH Certified, Food Safety.
