As a Groundworker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining outdoor spaces and ensuring the safety and functionality of various infrastructures.

• Perform manual labor tasks such as digging, trenching, and backfilling
• Assist in the installation and repair of underground utilities
• Operate hand tools and small equipment for landscaping and construction projects
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Support the team in completing projects efficiently and effectively

• Previous experience in landscaping, construction, or related field is preferred
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and equipment
• Knowledge of safety procedures and practices in a laborintensive environment
• Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
