Sacco Mann are working with a highly reputable firm in Leeds who seek to recruit a highly experienced court of protection fee earner to join their team.

The role would suit a qualified Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years, or senior fee earner with upwards of 5 years' experience dealing with a full caseload of court of protection matters.


Responsibilities:


  • Foster collaboration with clients, financial professionals, and other pertinent stakeholders to garner essential information for cases.
  • Advocate for clients in Court of Protection proceedings, both in physical court settings and virtual platforms.
  • Remain abreast of alterations in legislation and case law pertaining to financial matters and Court of Protection and clinical negligence issues.

Requirements:


  • Either a Chartered Legal Executive with upwards of 3 years PQE or senior fee earner with upwards of 5 years' experience handling a full caseload of Court of Protection matters
