About Us:


Made In London Media is a dynamic and innovative advertising agency that partners with leading clients from various industries, including tech, fashion, and sports.

We are expanding our team and currently seeking a Bilingual Project Assistant to support our project management efforts.

If you are an organized and detail-oriented individual with proficiency in both English and Mandarin, and hold a Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations.
Schedule and coordinate project meetings, including room bookings, agendas, and minutes.
Manage project-related correspondence and documentation.

Research and Analysis:

Conduct research to support project planning and decision-making.
Assist in the analysis of project data and contribute insights for continuous improvement.

Logistical Support:

Coordinate travel arrangements for project team members when necessary.
Support the procurement of project-related materials and services.


Key Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Media, Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is required.
  • Proven organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Professional communication skills

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in project support or administration is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling sensitive information.
  • Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

£24,000.00 per year
