Description

Opus Vitae are actively recruiting on behalf of our client for a
Service Coordinator to join their growing service department.

Based in Oswestry, our client specialise in the manufacturing of automotive and forklift batteries.


This is a customer focused role, which will involve acting as the first point of contact for all customer queries, accepting incoming calls, and liaising with the engineering department to book in required services.


Working hours:
Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.


Salary:
£21,500 - £22,000 per annum, permanent.


Experience

Responsibilities

  • Accepting incoming service calls and allocating engineers to attend site within the agreed response times.
  • Arranging engineer's return visit whilst keeping the customer updated
  • Requesting purchase orders, processing warranty claims and supplier invoices
  • Managing the maintenance contract visits for key accounts
  • Sourcing, quoting and supplying parts as requested
  • Annual stock take of stock held on site at the distribution centres
  • Use of Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, SAP and MAPO

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,500.00-£22,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Oswestry, Shropshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Customer Service: 1 year (preferred)

  • Administration: 1 year (preferred)
  • Microsoft Office/Excel: 1 year (preferred)
