Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure recharges are accurately charged & justified with the correct documentation
  • Provide weekly recharge update reports to the General Manager in preparation for customer meetings
  • Raise credit notes and investigate any discrepancies related to each recharge case
  • Answer customer queries and deal with telephone calls regarding vehicle breakdowns and incidents
  • Manage the invoicing process for the organisation
  • Be the debt controller for the organisation

Required Skills:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • An ability to develop a strong and lasting relationship with customers
  • A keen eye for detail
  • Good PC literacy skills, particularly Excel
  • A polite and courteous telephone manner
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • A continuous improvement mindset
Knowledge of the transport and logistics industry would be desirable but not essential.

Up to £27,000.00 per year
