Key Responsibilities
- Ensure recharges are accurately charged & justified with the correct documentation
- Provide weekly recharge update reports to the General Manager in preparation for customer meetings
- Raise credit notes and investigate any discrepancies related to each recharge case
- Answer customer queries and deal with telephone calls regarding vehicle breakdowns and incidents
- Manage the invoicing process for the organisation
- Be the debt controller for the organisation
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- An ability to develop a strong and lasting relationship with customers
- A keen eye for detail
- Good PC literacy skills, particularly Excel
- A polite and courteous telephone manner
- Ability to work as part of a team but also comfortable working autonomously
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- A continuous improvement mindset
