Responsibilities:

• Managing bookings of staff for shifts.
• Managing work administration platforms such as BrightHR and PARiM.
• Providing support to employees and area managers.
• Ensuring compliance of documents kept in our systems.
• Collaborating with various departments to facilitate seamless operations.
• Monitoring and maintaining accurate records of staff hours, schedules, and leave.
• Assisting in the preparation of regular reports as required.
• Staying up to date with industry regulations and ensuring that all relevant legal requirements are met.

Requirements:

• Experience in an administration role.
• Wellspoken/written English.
• Ability to work in the office.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, OneDrive.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Attention to detail and problemsolving ability.

Desired:

• Experience in the security industry.
• Knowledge of relevant safety and security protocols.
