About you


We'd like to hear from Marketing Executives who would like to work with a diverse range of accounts across Europe, and Americas.

Professional and proficient in your approach, you'll bring to Coda and our clients your can-do attitude that's based on best-practice methodologies.


Personable and proactive, you'll learn and develop a technical understanding of our client's products and services, so you are able to converse with them at the level they demand; you'll also be a decision maker, able to work on your own initiative, as well as integrating yourself into our close-knit team, based in Poole, Dorset.


Responsibilities


As Marketing Performance Executive, you will be responsible for a variety of areas within the business, from general performance / digital administration through to project support.


Website admin:


  • Ticket updates across a number of our global clients websites ensuring that client requests are dealt in a timely and efficient manner
  • Clear communication of ticket updates with the client, as well as liaising with internal teams, briefing the relevant teams if required
  • Working alongside our external developers on website admin projects
  • The goto for website tickets and updates, internally and externally
  • You'll be supported by one or two others in the team looking after content uploads and bug fixes

CRM support:


  • Working with our Marketing Automation Specialist you will assist in tasks on Pardot and HubSpot, such as:
  • Workflow and automation builds and amends
  • Reporting

Administrative social tasks:


  • Setting up trackable links
  • Ability to brief in content/creative and ensure it's created on time and scheduled in line with client deadlines
  • Set up and management of the posting of content (automated and manual)
  • Be reactive to any last minute changes from Client Services with posts and schedules
  • Staying uptodate with relevant industry news, trends and topics
  • Working with PR Manager on any opportunities outlined via social channels that can be promoted wider

General project support:


  • Helping out management with administrative tasks across their projects
  • Reviewing and proofing content, creative and other deliverables to ensure that the brief is met
  • Minute note taking during internal meetings

Essential skills:


  • Project administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organised in time management
  • Confident to make and own informed decisions in the best interests of the client and agency

Essential requirements:


  • Current passport
  • Marketing communications discipline, or equivalent
