This role is at the heart of our operations, ensuring the efficient utilisation of our fleet and resources.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Serve as the vital connection between clients and our fleet, optimising resource allocation and scheduling.
  • Processing orders, input contracts and offhires using our front desk software.
  • Strategically coordinate and manage the allocation of equipment and personnel to meet construction demands.
  • Respond to client requests and inquiries, delivering exceptional service and solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with the team to address challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and meet project timelines.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of equipment, contracts, and schedules to ensure accuracy and accountability.
