About the consultancy and vacancy?
With over 8 offices around the UK and over 50 years' experience establishing themselves across the country. They work in all sectors, have a reputation for their emphasis on digital/BIM Engineering. Project sectors vary but their current workloads seem to beheavily towards the healthcare and education sectors. Small hospital refurbishments, all the way up to large new build schools.

What this consultancy are looking for from the successful Mechanical Engineer/Building Services Engineer?

A relevant Mechanical degree, either in Mechanical, Building Services or Architectural Engineering
A good understand or working knowledge of software packages such as AutoCAD, Revit and IES.
Ideally around a years plus proven experience in Building Services Design
Outgoing, motivated and team player attitude.
