Sales Support - System Six Kitchens

Job Overview

With over 45 years of experience, System Six Kitchens is a family-run manufacturer and retailer of stylish, bespoke kitchens and bedrooms.

Your role will be to assist the Showroom Manager and Retail Designers in the management of projects and the delivery of customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with all Showroom Staff to ensure that each stage of the sales process has been completed and customers are fully informed.

You will also be speaking to customers on the telephone and in the showroom to establish customer needs and pass to the relevant salesperson as required.

Responsibilities

Greeting customers and presenting the range of products
Booking pre installation surveys with installers
Checking sign off packs have been received
Reviewing delivery dates, worktop template and installation dates
Liaising with kitchen designer/back office team to ensure customer expectations are met and managed
Ensuring customer deposits and final payments are collected on time and ahead of delivery, including completing the SOP Delivery Checklist and Hitachi finance forms
Booking closedown appointments with customers and designers
Posting out brochures and following up on brochure requests
General showroom tasks such as managing samples, cleaning, etc.
Offering exceptional service to customers at all times
Lead taking
Quoting for customers
Minute taking for the weekly showroom meeting

Requirements:

Confidence in speaking to customers in person and on the phone
Exceptional organisational skills
A proven ability to engage with customers is key
Applicant must hold full valid driving licence
No kitchen industry knowledge required as full training will be given

Reporting To:
Chris Phillips (Showroom Manager)

Hours of work:
Monday to Saturday. When working a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week. Willing to accommodate Full time or Part time hours. Can be discussed at interview.

Pay:
£20,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience. Will be pro-rata for part time.
