Taye Training are looking to recruit values-led consultants (previous training experience is not essential, however, a desire to deliver quality, values-led training is)

We are looking UK wide for both experienced trainers and people who have a desire to deliver training and have professional or personal experience in criminal justice, social care and/or charities.

We offer full training and support for both online and face-to-face delivery. You will be paid per course delivery (monthly in arrears) and, where relevant, you will also receive expenses for travel; all we ask is that you commit to delivering
at least one training session every month. These can be Taye sessions or relevant sessions you have developed (after quality assurance).

Based on their operational experience, Taye consultants are
matched with
relevant organisations to ensure they deliver
current,
expert and
engaging training.

Our current consultancy team includes professionals such as mental health nurses, social workers, substance misuse workers, care home key workers, housing support workers, risk management officers, teachers, probation officers, members of the police force, psychologists and many more; they all receive amazing feedback, such as:
