Team Leader

SRM industries, a leading manufacturer of rubber mouldings with a large prestigious client base, are looking for Team Leader to join our Gaskets and Assembly department.

A brief outline of the main aspects of the role are detailed below:

• Follow H&S Procedures in line with Company policies and procedures
• Successfully lead and be responsible for the Gasket & Assembly team
• Operation of machines and processes as and when necessary
• Maximise output and delivery performance by following scheduled customer requirements through effective liaison with customer services and planning to include metal and material preparation
• Liaise effectively with all Departments to maximise customer service and delivery
• Quality conscious with an eye for detail and driving right first time
• Ensure all company documentation is completed accurately and ontime
• Create and maintain a harmonious working environment
• Effective problemsolving of any issues that may arise within the Department
• Implementation of any new processes with support
• Escalation of any HR issues to Senior Management

The hours of work will be Monday to Friday working 8.00am till 4.00pm with breaks to be taken at set times.

Working hours: 40 hours per week worked between 8.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. We may require some flexibility with shifts.
