As aCustomer Service Advisor you will manage full caseload of remortgage files from start to finish.
You will be responsible for looking after your own administration and telephone calls.

- Manage a large volume of remortgage instructions per month.
- Liaise with the client and borrower.
- Attend to post completion matters
- Provide assistance to caseworkers
- Keep all parties including client, introducer and borrower up to date
