Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces of vehicles for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as necessary.
- Mix paint to match vehicle color specifications and ensure proper consistency.
- Monitor and adjust spray equipment to achieve the desired paint finish.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Clean and maintain painting equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Keep accurate records of paint usage and inventory levels.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a vehicle spray painter or similar role.
- Knowledge of paint mixing techniques and color matching.
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification or training in automotive painting or refinishing.
- Experience with computerized paint mixing systems.
- Familiarity with environmentally friendly painting practices and products.
Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time
Pay:
£100.00-£200.00 per day
Expected hours: 45 per week
