Job Summary:

Switch Advisor Ltd is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Representative. This position is responsible for the handling of all incoming customer calls and outbound calls to our dealerships. The position will also be responsible for following up on customer inquiries and other related activities.


Essential Duties:


  • Answer incoming calls from customers and dealerships
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle pricing and service options
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle price and service options
  • Provide accurate information regarding vehicle condition, price, and service options
  • Build long term relationships with customers by answering their questions and resolve any problems that may arise.
  • Follow up on any outstanding customer inquiries and follow up with any unsatisfied customers that may have called to inquire about our services.
  • Follow up on any outstanding customer complaints that may have arisen.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Job Types:

Salary:
£22,263.00-£26,652.00 per year
