An exciting opportunity has arisen in the Connect service to become a Connect Co-ordinator. You would become part of an ambitious team delivering an invaluable service to the residents of Middlesbrough.
Connect is a Middlesbrough Council service which delivers the Community alarm services and Telecare services to people across Middlesbrough.
We offer help and support to older, vulnerable, and disabled people to help them to remain safe and independent in their own home.
You will be responsible for the co-ordination and management of the staff rota, undertake management responsibilities in the absence of the manager and ensure an efficient response service is provided to all service users.
