To fuel continued growth and expansion CGM Global Supplies Ltd is looking for a full-time Order Coordinator to support our very busy team in our day to day operations.

This is an excellent opportunity to join our friendly team and work in a highly rewarding role.

We are looking for someone who is proactive with ideas and actions, enthusiastic and will demonstrate a desire to help the business grow.

Responsibilities Include:

• Communicate with our suppliers to ensure orders are delivered on time
• Expedite delivery with our suppliers when necessary
• Keep customers up to date on their order status
• Arrange shipping of goods by various methods to ensure we meet the delivery date
• Raise customer invoices, ensuring that they are accurate and submitted in line with the customer requirements
• Answer incoming calls
• Provide general support to colleagues
• Assist management in administration as required

Required skills:

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to react quickly to a changing work load and prioritise time accordingly
• Confident telephone manner, including with overseas calls
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
• Competent with using a PC & working knowledge of excel and outlook
• Experience in a shipping environment desirable but not essential
• Ability to work to own initiaitive, e.g. problem solving etc

Role will be located within our newly built premises in Melton.

37.5 Hours per week :30 with 1 hour lunch)


Salary:
From £19,000.00 per year
