Ideal Recruit are looking for someone who enjoys challenges, change and is adaptable to growth.

We have excellent opportunities for a recruitment resourcer to join our on
- site office in Leicester area. You need to be able to work on various projects, a morning person that doesn't mind the long hours to deliver to a high standard of service & enjoys being rewarded for their hard work and determination.

Our client portfolio operates 24/7, you will be expected to be on call and support client needs as and when required however the office working hours will be Monday-Thursday 9am-5pm and 9am-3pm on Fridays.

We require someone who can move around the region at short notice and is happy to work on challenging projects with a flexible approach.

Recruitment experience is preferred but not required as all necessary training is provided.
