Description
We are currently looking to employ 12AB Operative, you will be responsible for the following:

  • install, maintain and de-install traffic management on high-speed roads.
  • Setting up traffic control measures like signs and barriers.
  • Directing traffic and implementing diversions or closures.
  • Monitoring traffic flow and addressing hazards.
  • Assisting pedestrians and communicating with drivers.
  • Coordinating with team members and authorities.
  • Responding to emergencies.
  • Maintaining equipment and following safety protocols.
  • Providing reports on activities and incidents.


To be considered for this role you will have previous experience installing, managing and de-installing traffic management on high-speed roads.

You will hold a TTMBC, 12 A/B Lantra ticket and have a full clean UK driving licence.

  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to carry out work to a high standard
  • Good communication skills

Applicants must have:


  • CSCS card (preferred)
  • 12 A/B Qualification (High Speed)
  • Good timekeeping skills
  • Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
  • Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
  • Be able to pass alcohol and drugs testing
