Project Coordinator - UK Remote Working - Up to £30,000 - Agency


The fast paced, and even faster growing, global agency specialises in virtual and in person events for multiple medical, pharma, and commercial goods clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interact with different clients and their teams, adapting easily to each client, maintaining strong relationships.
  • Be able to offer creative solutions and ideas to develop projects and events.
  • Be a part of live events and leadership meetings.
  • Work on 360 brand campaigns.
  • Help produce digital content for websites, sharepoint sites, best practice, and internal training.
  • Create event proposals, manage budgets, complete administration tasks,and source and coordinate event entertainment, such as guest speakers, musicians etc
  • Work closely with producers to support them with creative briefs

Key Skills

  • Around 3+ years experience in a process management role with creative aspects/background is essential
  • Easily adapt and problem solve, delivering outcomes within desired timeframes.
  • Creative mind offer creative inputs to push projects and events to the fullest
  • Great with numbers, scheduling, and experience in budgeting.
  • Have exceptional time management, organisational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Great interpersonal skills, can adapt and confidently communicate with team members and clients alike.
