12 month FTC - Customer Service Representative - Brilliant Employer - Hybrid working

You'll be super organised and enjoy working in a busy, customer facing role where each day is different You'll be part of a small, but perfectly formed and very friendly team.

Key responsibilities are;

Diary management you'll be scheduling Engineer visits across the UK so will be managing their diaries and liaising with your customers.
Invoices you'll be responsible for processing on the system, creating and allocating
Contracts you'll be working closely with the contracts team
Quotes offering new quotes to prospective clients and sending through pricing depending on their needs
Ordering new parts when required

Location: 2-3 days office - near Manchester Airport

Hours:
Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm

Benefits:
UP to £27k salary, 25 days holiday, pension, private medical

Demonstrable experience of working in a busy, customer focused role ideally with scheduling/engineering experience
Strong computer skills especially excel, word and CRM systems
Confident communicator with a friendly and 'nothing is too much trouble' manner
Ideally some experience of processing invoices

This is a 12m FTC starting ASAP.
