Internal Sales Specialist - Sheffield - £28,000 - £30,000


Chase & Holland are excited to be working with a successful, global industry leading business in Sheffield, who are looking to recruit an Internal Sales CRM Specialist to join the team.

As the Internal Sales Specialist your primary responsibility will be to work within the CRM system, reaching out to existing customers and closing down existing quotes.

Additionally, you will be provided with leads and expected to proactively contact potential customers to generate appointments for sales managers.

Internal Sales Specialist Responsibilities:


  • Calling potential customers with the aim of setting appointments
  • Utilising CRM system to manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and effectively manage leads
  • Proactively follow up with leads to nurture and convert them into sales opportunities
  • Working closely with the sales team to understand existing quotes and follow up with customers to close sales opportunities
  • Proactively contact leads provided by the company
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our offerings, target market, and competitive landscape
  • Achieve and exceed assigned appointment setting targets
  • Maintain accurate and uptodate records
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless handover of leads
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimise and improve CRM processes and workflow

Required Skills & Experience:


  • Relevant experience within a similar role
  • Results orientated
  • Sales Driven
  • Experience with online sales tools
  • Effectively manage and maintain data
  • Previous experience within manufacturing or engineering industries (desirable)
  • Driven, passionate, "can do attitude" and a "selfstarter"
  • Commercial acumen
