About the Role:
As a 360-recruitment consultant within the construction division, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of construction professionals and build strong relationships

Your responsibilities will include:

Screening and registering worker enquiries.
Collaborating closely with senior construction consultants to meet client requirements.
Filling client requirements at all levels, from bluecollar to senior positions.
Occasionally attending site meetings to better understand client needs.
Maintaining regular communication with clients and nurturing longterm relationships.
Building and expanding your own client base.
Continuously developing your knowledge of the construction industry.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

Ability to speak multiple languages (desirable).
A genuine passion for the construction sector.
Professional and enthusiastic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Driven by success and naturally competitive.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and IT skills.
Capable of handling client communication at all levels.
Positive, proactive, resilient, and tenacious.
Selfmotivated and able to take direction when necessary.
