About the Role:
As a 360-recruitment consultant within the construction division, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of construction professionals and build strong relationships


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Screening and registering worker enquiries.
  • Collaborating closely with senior construction consultants to meet client requirements.
  • Filling client requirements at all levels, from bluecollar to senior positions.
  • Occasionally attending site meetings to better understand client needs.
  • Maintaining regular communication with clients and nurturing longterm relationships.
  • Building and expanding your own client base.
  • Continuously developing your knowledge of the construction industry.
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and qualities:

  • Ability to speak multiple languages (desirable).
  • A genuine passion for the construction sector.
  • Professional and enthusiastic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Driven by success and naturally competitive.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and IT skills.
  • Capable of handling client communication at all levels.
  • Positive, proactive, resilient, and tenacious.
  • Selfmotivated and able to take direction when necessary.

£23,000.00-£150,000.00 per year
