Permanent Senior Recruitment Consultant

Colchester, Essex

£25,000- £35,000 + Bonus

Permanent, Full time

Job Summary


Temp All Staffing are looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant who has previous experience in recruitment of permanent roles and must have previous experience of working within the industry and proven results working in recruitment.

You will benefit from having a warm desk but will be required to build new business relationships.

Job Role

Your duties will include:

  • Building pipelines for your market
  • Managing applicants
  • Assessing and pre
  • Continually expanding your client base by using Business Development techniques and Marketing
  • Use of MS office and recruitment software
  • Monday
  • Friday role, 08:00 16:30

Education, Skills, and qualifications

You will possess the following experience & skills:

  • 2-3 years' experience in recruitment
  • Proficient experience using MS office
  • Attention to detail
  • Proven track record recruiting in commercial roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
