Hourly rate:
£12 - £13 per hour DOE


Location:
Bristol City Centre


Working times: 9:00AM - 5:30PM - Monday - Friday


Hours: 37.5 per week

Starting: 11 th April

Adecco Bristol are thrilled to be supporting our forward-thinking and inclusive client in helping them find a Senior Administrator to add to their team on a temporary basis.


The Senior Administrator will be reporting into the Group Head of HR and will be assisting in sharing responsibilities for employee lifecycle activity, maintaining their HR and L&D systems and supporting organisational projects.


Duties/Responsibilities:


  • System Administrator responsibility managing system permissions and back up activity. Own and manage helpdesk correspondence.
  • Input employee data into the HR system including setting up new starters (including performing right to work checks), processing leavers and changes to roles.
  • Managing holiday booking, reporting on the organisation's holiday position and assisting with carry forward and bank holiday planning.
  • Support the development and implementation of new HR system functionality (such as the recruitment portal, training module, timesheets etc)
  • Diary meeting management and coordinating meetings with external consultants for ad hoc HR projects
  • Requesting and tracking references for new starters
  • Working collaboratively with the Group Head of HR, providing ad hoc support with HR projects (learning programmes, surveys etc)
  • Notetaking at meetings as required
***- Previous HR experience at an Administration Assistant or Advisor level (desired)

  • Highly organised, with an excellent attention to detail
  • Experience of working autonomously and independently and a proactive approach
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft products (e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint)
  • Experience of managing confidential information
