We are looking for a HR Business Partner to join an ambitious, thought leading UK HR team in Sheffield as we evolve our UK business and embark on an exciting period of change, growth and development.


Hybrid working, 2 days in the office

Salary:
£45,000 - £60,000 DOE

HR Business Partner Role:

We are looking for someone who has at least 5-7 years' experience within HR, previously operating in a partnering capacity.

You will be experienced developing a strategic approach to your partnering with senior leaders across the business.

You will be used to analysing data and metrics to inform and drive decision making.


You will have previous exposure across a variety of initiatives such as Leadership and Development, Organisation Design and Development, Career and skills creation, Employee engagement, Workforce planning & Future skills and may have also managed transformationprogrammes.


HR Business Partner Requirements:


  • With a passion for building capability, productivity and performance across a diverse workforce
  • Who recognises the importance of understanding the business, its plans, direction, and objectives and therefore identifies the challenges and can interpret the people impacts
  • Who is committed to supporting our employees to reach their maximum potential through clear development and action plans.
  • Who holds programme and project management skills, with previous experience leading, developing and delivering on significant HR initiatives, with experience managing the relevant complexities
  • Who can use data, metrics and the soft skills of a true HR Business Partner to identify ways in which we can increase engagement.
  • Will have significant experience and exposure across the full spectrum of ER issues and can demonstrate their catalogue of ER knowledge by leading on complex ER issues including Tupe, Mergers, acquisitions and international ER activity.
  • Who understands the benefits that an inclusive and diverse workforce provides and be as passionate as us about striving to make continuous improvements.
  • Who can support and mentor junior members of the team and drive improvement, developments and successes of the strategy and agenda.

  • You'll be self-motivated, proactive and engaging, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders in order to become a trusted advisor in your areas of expertise.
  • You'll have experience of collecting, analysing and presenting people data
  • You'll know how to prioritise, taking ownership of and managing your own workload, alongside setting work for the wider team in order to help you achieve your goals.
  • You will have the ability to facilitate discussions around change and transformation. ideally, you will be able to identify in advance where and when change management will be needed and proactively participate in developing plans.
  • Ideally you'll be CIPD qualified or have significant work experience across HR
  • You'll continuously look for improvements in areas such as Talent, Performance, Engagement, Retention, Learning & Development, Culture and Organisation Design and Development
